GrowthGuys delivers polished B2B websites in 5 business days by running research, design, and development in parallel, not sequentially. You need to bring your logo, brand references, and one decision maker. We handle the rest.
When we tell potential clients we deliver in 5 business days, the first reaction is usually scepticism. That's fair. Most Indian agencies quote 4–12 weeks, and even that often slips. So the natural question is: what's the catch?
There isn't one, but there are preconditions. The 5 day timeline only holds if the process is built for speed from day one, and if you show up prepared. This article explains exactly how it works, what we do, and what you need to bring to the table.
Why most websites take so long
The traditional agency model is sequential. They finish discovery, then start design. They finish design, then start development. They finish development, then write copy. Every handoff adds a week or two of waiting.
Add in revision cycles where everyone is chasing everyone else for approvals, and a 10 page website easily turns into a 10 week project. The actual work (design, coding, copy) might only be 20–30 hours. The rest is coordination overhead.
GrowthGuys removes that overhead by running tracks in parallel, capping revisions to one round per stage, and locking scope on Day 1 so there are no surprises midway through the project.
The 5 day process, day by day
-
Day 1: Discovery and Brief
A 60-minute call covers your business goals, target audience, key competitors, and positioning. We collect your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), any existing copy, and 3–5 reference websites that match the direction you want. By end of day, we have a written brief you sign off on. This document locks the scope. It prevents scope creep from killing the timeline later.
-
Day 2: Competitor Research and Design Concepts
We audit your top three competitors, map the sitemap and user journey, and produce three distinct high fidelity homepage mockups. These aren't wireframes. They look like the real site. This is the first point where clients usually say "I didn't expect it to be this polished already."
-
Day 3: Design Direction Lock and Copy Finalisation
You pick one of the three directions and give us one round of feedback. We apply those changes and lock the design. In parallel, we finalise all page copy, using content you provide or written by our in house team from the brief you agreed to. Nothing moves to Day 4 until both design and copy are approved.
-
Day 4: Development and QA
We build the full site on a private staging URL. Forms, analytics (GA4), CRM integrations, and any other connections get wired in. Before you see the staging link, the site runs through our 40 point QA checklist: mobile responsiveness on 6 device sizes, Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG AA for key elements), broken links, meta tags, and page speed.
-
Day 5: Client Review and Live Launch
You review the staging site. We handle any final tweaks, typically minor copy changes or colour adjustments. Once you approve, we push to your live domain, configure DNS and SSL, set up Google Search Console, submit the sitemap, and hand over all credentials. Your site is live before end of business day.
What you need to provide
The timeline holds on our side only if it also holds on yours. Here is the minimum you need to have ready before Day 1:
- Logo files: SVG or high-resolution PNG (not a screenshot). If you only have a low res file, we can redraw it.
- Brand colours: hex codes or Pantone references. If you don't have defined brand colours, bring 3–5 websites whose visual style you like.
- Service or product descriptions: rough notes are fine; we'll refine them into conversion copy. The clearer your descriptions, the sharper the final copy.
- 3–5 competitor or reference websites: for research and direction setting. One line on what you like or dislike about each is a bonus.
- One decision maker available daily: a 15–30 minute review slot each afternoon is all we need. Delays in approvals are the single biggest reason timelines slip.
- Domain access: credentials to your domain registrar so we can update DNS on Day 5. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll set one up during onboarding.
That's it. If you have photography or video you'd like on the site, bring that too, but we can source high quality stock imagery that matches your brand if you don't.
What "without cutting corners" actually means
Speed is only useful if the output is solid. Every GrowthGuys site ships with a baseline quality standard we don't compromise on, regardless of timeline:
Conversion architecture
Every page is structured around a primary action: a form submission, a WhatsApp inquiry, a call booking. We don't build pages that look good but do nothing. Headline hierarchy, social proof placement, and CTA positioning are baked in from the first design concept.
Technical SEO foundation
Every site ships with semantic HTML, proper meta tags, Open Graph, structured data (schema markup), a sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and Google Search Console connected. On Growth and Dominate plan builds, we also run a keyword brief and optimise on page content for your primary search terms.
Performance
We target a Lighthouse performance score above 90 on mobile. That means optimised images, minimal render blocking resources, and clean code, not a 3MB page full of bloated plugins.
Mobile first build
Over 60% of Indian B2B site traffic comes from mobile. We design mobile first and test on real devices, not just a desktop browser resized to a narrow window.
